Gebbia Media Acquires Tall Machine Rock from Hybe America, Expanding Its Influence in the Rock Scene

In a strategic move to bolster its presence in the rock music industry, Gebbia Media-an arm of Siebert Monetary Corp.-has acquired Tall Machine Rock, the distinctive rock division of Tall Machine Worth Community. This roster features notable acts such as Daughtry, Badflower, Sammy Hagar, Olive Vox, and others, reinforcing Gebbia Media’s commitment to nurturing innovative and influential rock artists.

This acquisition signifies a pivotal development in Gebbia Media’s journey within the music and entertainment sectors. The company aims to cultivate an artist-centric platform that seamlessly integrates compelling storytelling with strategic investment, fostering a new era of artist empowerment and genre evolution. Tall Machine Rock’s roster, known for its eclectic mix of artists who blend traditional rock with elements of country, alternative, and metal, aligns perfectly with Gebbia’s vision of pushing creative boundaries.

“Having grown up immersed in legendary sounds from icons like Led Zeppelin, Van Halen, and The Doors, I understand the vital role of reintroducing rock to a new generation of fans eager to experience its power,” states David Gebbia, CEO of Gebbia Media. “Tall Machine Rock exemplifies our approach: bold, disruptive, and deeply rooted in musical heritage. This acquisition allows us to further our mission of supporting artists through robust catalog investments and innovative platform development.”

Under the leadership of Heather Luke-Husong, Tall Machine Rock’s all-female team has achieved remarkable success, including multiple No. 1 singles and platinum-certified albums within just a few years. This makes the label one of the most exciting and rapidly rising entities in the contemporary rock landscape.

Fostering a New Wave of Genre-Defying Talent

Known for its diverse and boundary-pushing roster, Tall Machine Rock has become a hub for artists who challenge traditional genre conventions, incorporating influences from country, alternative, and heavy metal. The label’s innovative approach and authentic artist development have garnered widespread acclaim. Moving forward, Gebbia Media intends to emphasize artist growth, immersive storytelling, and broad digital visibility-meeting fans where they are: on stage, online, and within cultural dialogues.

Strategic Vision and Cultural Innovation

John J. Gebbia, CEO of Siebert Monetary, emphasizes that this acquisition underscores the company’s dedication to blending financial strength with cultural innovation. “Integrating Tall Machine Rock into Gebbia Media’s portfolio aligns visionary talent with the resources of a diversified financial platform, ensuring sustainable growth and meaningful cultural influence,” he explains. This move builds on Siebert’s recent collaborations with GAMMA, L.A. Reid LLC, and the rising community SIMIEN, as well as its expanding partnership with global artist and entrepreneur Akon.

As part of the deal, Scott Borchetta-founder of Tall Machine Worth Community-will continue to oversee operations and serve on Siebert’s advisory board. Borchetta’s extensive track record of guiding chart-topping artists such as Riley Green, Thomas Rhett, Reba McEntire, Dolly Parton, Taylor Swift, and Florida Georgia Line adds strategic depth to Siebert’s media and entertainment ambitions. His ongoing involvement will help shape the company’s future growth and industry influence.

Existing artists signed to Tall Machine Rock will remain part of the label’s roster, now benefiting from expanded resources, promotional capabilities, and a broader international reach. This strategic expansion aims to position the label-and its artists-at the forefront of the evolving music landscape, blending traditional rock roots with innovative digital and cultural engagement.
