Her pursuit of further education led her to complete a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2016, followed by advanced training to become a Nurse Practitioner. Her passion for midwifery culminated in her earning certification as a Certified Nurse-Midwife (CNM) in late 2024.

Reflecting on her professional journey, Janshen credits her colleagues at Holy Rosary for their unwavering support. “While I knew I was passionate about caring for women, I missed being directly involved in childbirth,” she shared. “Encouraged by my team, I decided to pursue midwifery training, and I am excited to now serve in this expanded role within our healthcare team.”
